<p>近年低碳飲食成為不少減重族群的熱門選項，但蒼嵐健康美學診所院長、減重專科醫師蒼藍鴿（吳其穎醫師）指出，低碳飲食本身不是問題，真正的問題是很多人「低碳低錯方向」。</p>
<p>若執行方式偏差，確實可能出現<strong>腸胃不適</strong>、<strong>血脂異常</strong>，甚至<strong>情緒與睡眠波動</strong>等所謂的「低碳陷阱」。</p>

<p>蒼藍鴿指出，低碳飲食對部分人有效，原因並不只是「碳水變少」，而是因為很多台灣人常以高碳水又高油脂的精緻碳水當主食。當有意識地減少碳水，其實油脂攝取量也會跟著大幅減少。</p>

<p>在這些情況下，適度降低碳水比例，有機會讓：</p>

<li>飽足感維持較久</li>
<li>飲食結構變乾淨</li>
</ul>
<p>但他也強調，<strong>減重的核心仍然是熱量赤字與原型食物，不是只要低碳就一定會瘦。</strong><br />如果低碳之後，脂肪吃得更多、總熱量照樣超標，一樣會胖。</p>

<p>蒼藍鴿提醒：「不是低碳一定傷腸道，而是很多人低碳之後，只剩肉跟油，沒有把纖維補回來。」</p>

</ul>
<p>會發現部分低碳者，特別是對飽和脂肪較敏感、或本身有家族性高膽固醇傾向者，<strong>LDL-C（壞膽固醇）可能明顯飆高</strong>。</p>
<p>蒼藍鴿指出：「低碳不代表可以放心吃油。當脂肪來源選錯，雖然體重降了，心血管風險卻可能上升。」</p>

<p>面對冷到發麻的雙手，蒼嵐健康美學診所院長蒼藍鴿（吳其穎醫師）特別提醒，許多人直覺拿「暖暖包」直接敷，這其實是超級危險的錯誤觀念，恐對皮膚造成嚴重的二度傷害！</p>

<p>​吳其穎醫師指出，醫學上所謂的「凍傷」，是指人體肢體末端因為環境溫度過低，導致血管劇烈收縮，皮膚會變得蒼白，並伴隨異常的麻木與失去知覺。一般輕微的凍傷，在回到溫暖環境約 30 分鐘後，皮膚的顏色與感覺就會慢慢恢復。</p>
<p>​然而，若皮膚已經出現發紅、發炎，甚至有些微組織受損的狀況，那就已經進展到了「淺層凍瘡」的程度。吳其穎醫師表示，這類已經發炎的傷害，並非單純回溫就能立刻恢復，代表組織已經受損。</p>

<p>​吳其穎醫師解釋，當皮膚已經受到低溫傷害時，局部的組織相對脆弱，且神經感知能力下降（比較感覺不到燙）。若此時直接給予過高的溫度（如暖暖包的高溫），極易對已經受傷的組織造成「二次的溫度傷害」（燙傷），對病情可以說是雪上加霜。</p>

<li>​盡速離開寒冷環境：第一時間應轉移到室內或避風處，阻斷低溫的持續侵襲。

<li>溫水維持保溫：在安全的室內環境下，可以準備「溫水」（切忌使用過熱的熱水），將受凍的部位泡在溫水裡面，幫助局部血管慢慢擴張、溫和地恢復血液循環。
</li>
<li>立刻擦乾水分：如果當下受困戶外，遲遲無法離開寒冷環境，首要任務是先找衣物或紙巾，將皮膚表面的「水分擦乾」，避免水分蒸發時帶走皮膚表面更多的熱量，導致凍傷迅速惡化。</li>
