<p>隨著生活型態改變，青少年肥胖問題日益嚴重。根據衛生福利部統計，台灣每三位青少年中，就有一位體重過重或肥胖，不僅影響外觀與心理健康，更可能提高未來罹患代謝疾病的風險。體重管理成為家庭與醫療共同關注的重要課題。除了飲食控制與運動介入，是否可透過合適的醫療輔助手段，也逐漸受到關注。</p>

<p>在臨床上，目前針對體重控制的藥物多以成人為主要使用對象。然而，近年部分經核准藥物也開始進行擴大適應症的研究，例如成分為Semaglutide的合法體重控制藥物&mdash;&mdash;週纖達（Wegovy），其部分劑型已通過美國食品藥物管理局（FDA）核准，適用於12歲以上的青少年族群，且在國際間針對青少年的臨床試驗中，曾觀察到其有助於體重下降的效果。根據2022年發表於《新英格蘭醫學期刊》（NEJM）的研究顯示，接受Semaglutide 2.4mg治療的青少年，其平均BMI下降幅度達到18%左右，不過仍需由醫師專業評估後使用。</p>

<p>針對6至12歲兒童的體重控制需求，週纖達目前在國際間亦有相關臨床研究進行中，目標為建立更多具實證基礎的醫療選擇。不過，尚未經過主管機關核准的適應症仍不得任意使用。在台灣，目前核准用於體重控制的藥物種類包含不同機轉與成分，各有其適應對象與使用條件。例如市面上另一款合法上市藥物&mdash;&mdash;猛健樂，成分為GLP-1 + GIP 雙重受體促效劑，其核准適應症為成人體重控制，並無核准用於青少年。雖然部分臨床研究指出週纖達與猛健樂在體重控制方面皆有15%以上的體重下降幅度，但在實際使用上仍需根據醫師專業評估，選擇最適合的藥物。</p>
