<p>國人罹患糖尿病的比例日益升高，已成為影響公共健康的重要課題。根據統計，台灣糖尿病患者數量逐年增加，且發病年齡有年輕化的趨勢。醫師警告，若糖尿病未能妥善控制，恐將引發心血管疾病、腎臟病變、視網膜病變等併發症，對個人健康與醫療體系造成嚴重負擔。</p>

<p>根據美國糖尿病學會（ADA）和世界衛生組織（WHO）的指引，通常使用以下幾項血糖測試來診斷糖尿病：</p>
<p>1️⃣ 空腹血糖（FPG, Fasting Plasma Glucose）</p>
<p>&ge;126 mg/dL（7.0 mmol/L）<br />空腹定義為至少8小時未進食</p>
<p>2️⃣ 口服葡萄糖耐受試驗（OGTT, Oral Glucose Tolerance Test）2小時後血糖值</p>
<p>&ge;200 mg/dL（11.1 mmol/L）<br />測試方法：喝下75克葡萄糖溶液後，2小時後測量血糖值</p>
<p>3️⃣ 糖化血色素（HbA1c）</p>
<p>&ge;6.5%<br />反映過去2~3個月的平均血糖控制狀況</p>
<p>4️⃣ 隨機血糖測試（Random Plasma Glucose）</p>
<p>&ge;200 mg/dL（11.1 mmol/L）<br />且伴隨典型糖尿病症狀（如多尿、異常口渴、體重下降等）</p>
<p>⚠ 若檢測結果異常，應至少進行第二次確認，避免單次誤判。</p>

<p>若符合以下條件，雖未達糖尿病標準，但有較高發病風險，應積極控制：</p>
<p>1️⃣空腹血糖：100&ndash;125 mg/dL（5.6&ndash;6.9 mmol/L）<br />2️⃣OGTT 2小時血糖：140&ndash;199 mg/dL（7.8&ndash;11.0 mmol/L）<br />3️⃣糖化血色素HbA1c：5.7%&ndash;6.4%</p>
<p>這類人需積極調整飲食、運動與生活習慣，以降低未來罹患糖尿病的風險。</p>

<p>✅ 健康飲食： 少糖、少油、高纖維，避免精緻澱粉<br />✅ 規律運動： 每週至少150分鐘中等強度運動<br />✅ 健康檢查： 定期測量血糖，早期發現、早期治療<br />✅ 體態管理： 透過有經驗的醫療團隊協助減重減脂，徹底逆轉糖尿病</p>
<p>減重醫師蒼藍鴿（吳其穎醫師）提醒，對於血糖偏高甚至糖尿病者，「飯後不要坐著」是根本且有效的方式，例如可以外出散步、原地踏步、甚至速度較慢的超慢跑等，只要飯後處於活動狀態，都能有效的控糖甚至減重。蒼藍鴿也提醒，糖友們應定期回診追蹤，確認血糖有獲得良好控制，只要把握以上四要點，糖尿病友們仍能擁有良好的生活品質。</p>
