<p>2022年美國 FDA 核准 GLP-1 類藥物週纖達（Wegovy，Semaglutide）可用於<strong> 12 歲以上青少年治療肥胖</strong>，成為藥物輔助減重的新選項。蒼藍鴿說明，週纖達透過腸道荷爾蒙機制延緩胃排空、抑制食慾、穩定血糖，幫助患者減少總熱量攝取，是一種「不用靠意志力」的輔助方式。</p>
