<p>冬天許多民眾喜歡上山追雪或拍攝美景，但若禦寒裝備不齊全，很容易讓肢體末端陷入「凍傷」危機。近日就有民眾因為上山忘記戴手套，導致雙手出現紅腫、發炎的慘況。</p>
<p>面對冷到發麻的雙手，蒼嵐健康美學診所院長蒼藍鴿（吳其穎醫師）特別提醒，許多人直覺拿「暖暖包」直接敷，這其實是超級危險的錯誤觀念，恐對皮膚造成嚴重的二度傷害！</p>

<p>​吳其穎醫師指出，醫學上所謂的「凍傷」，是指人體肢體末端因為環境溫度過低，導致血管劇烈收縮，皮膚會變得蒼白，並伴隨異常的麻木與失去知覺。一般輕微的凍傷，在回到溫暖環境約 30 分鐘後，皮膚的顏色與感覺就會慢慢恢復。</p>
<p>​然而，若皮膚已經出現發紅、發炎，甚至有些微組織受損的狀況，那就已經進展到了「淺層凍瘡」的程度。吳其穎醫師表示，這類已經發炎的傷害，並非單純回溫就能立刻恢復，代表組織已經受損。</p>

<p>​當手腳冰冷發麻時，民眾的第一反應通常是直接拿「暖暖包」搓揉或熱敷患部，但吳其穎醫師嚴厲警告：「這樣做並非最佳方式！」</p>
<p>​吳其穎醫師解釋，當皮膚已經受到低溫傷害時，局部的組織相對脆弱，且神經感知能力下降（比較感覺不到燙）。若此時直接給予過高的溫度（如暖暖包的高溫），極易對已經受傷的組織造成「二次的溫度傷害」（燙傷），對病情可以說是雪上加霜。</p>

<p>如果不幸遇到凍傷狀況，到底該如何正確處理？吳其穎醫師整理出以下三個安全又有效的急救步驟：</p>
<ol>
<li>​盡速離開寒冷環境：第一時間應轉移到室內或避風處，阻斷低溫的持續侵襲。
</li>
<li>溫水維持保溫：在安全的室內環境下，可以準備「溫水」（切忌使用過熱的熱水），將受凍的部位泡在溫水裡面，幫助局部血管慢慢擴張、溫和地恢復血液循環。
</li>
<li>立刻擦乾水分：如果當下受困戶外，遲遲無法離開寒冷環境，首要任務是先找衣物或紙巾，將皮膚表面的「水分擦乾」，避免水分蒸發時帶走皮膚表面更多的熱量，導致凍傷迅速惡化。</li>
